Functional Description Hthe time interval meter counts time while the pulsewidth/pulse interval logic circuit is high. The time interval meter consists of four nixie sticks (ring counters), a 1 khz oscillator and a converter. The nixie sticks are attached to nixie lights which provide a visual indication of the counting function. The oscillator provides a time base for the converter. The converter routes the triggering pulses and supplies the lamp driver voltage for the meter
